So, I made it up: Sue me (please, don’t sue me). I don’t know when newsprint clothing started, but I remember a girl in my class making hairbows from it back in the early 80’s. I recall SJP tearin’ it up in the 90’s and people every once in a while pulling out some form of it in the 2000’s. Hey, it’s fun. Need I say more?
